UV curing varnish was applied on the printed paper by the way of Three-wheel roller, Transfer (Spot) coating or Silk Screen .The varnish resin was cured through ultraviolet radiation to form a light layer of hardened protective film. The advantage of this UV varnish are easy and fast proceeding, and non-solvent pollution. The disadvantage is that once the UV resin diffusing into paper fibers, the UV light can not shine effectively ,then having the pollution problem in this paper;Also, this UV varnish paper is hard to recovery in usual way.
